Cancelling within 96 hours
Cancellations made within 96 hours of your scheduled flight time are non-refundable, because your seats are held for you and it is too late to offer them to other travellers. If your plans are uncertain, we recommend booking a slightly later date or contacting us as early as you can so we can look at your options.
Weather cancellations
Safety always comes first, and helicopter flights depend on good conditions. If wind, low cloud, fog, storms or poor visibility means we cannot fly safely, we will cancel or postpone the flight. When a flight is grounded by weather, you choose what happens next: reschedule to another day at no extra cost, or take a full refund. You never lose out because of the weather. The decision on whether it is safe to fly rests with the pilot and is final.
No-show policy
If you do not arrive for your scheduled flight, or arrive too late to check in and board, the booking is treated as a no-show and is non-refundable. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your flight time so there is time to check in, complete the safety briefing and board. If you are running late, call us straight away and we will do our best to help, though we cannot guarantee a later slot.
